will need to know. It contains information on what the NRG does and what
its rights and responsibilities are within MHP. It also includes a job
description and what the development programme for each member will
contain.

Resident involvement strategy for 2008-2011
This document lays out how MHP will work together with our customers (residents and service users) to actively involve them in deciding policies, procedures and identify how we can improve the delivery of MHP's services. The purpose of this strategy is to ensure that MHP customers have the opportunity to influence the planning, delivery and monitoring of services and the strategic direction of the organisation
