We are currently looking for new residents to join the NRG and help us to make sure that the services that you receive are good quality. There are two vacancies which we are hoping to fill during 2011.
What does the NRG do?
We monitor performance and look at the policies and strategies which affect you, from a customers' point of view, providing a link between the MHP Board and local customer groups.
Do you have:
- An interest in improving the housing or care and support services we receive?
- The ability to analyse and solve problems in a team?
- Basic IT knowledge?
- A willingness to learn more through training?
- Then you could be just who we are looking for!
The commitment from NRG members is voluntary and, although sometimes it can be hard work, the sense of achievement we feel from making a difference is well worth the effort!
As a member you will be asked to attend meetings and training about every six weeks, generally held in London on a Saturday but sometimes in Nottingham or Cambridge.
